Circuit

CAMP Circuit is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) guaranteed to satisfy your SASS (Short Attention Span Syndrome) and get you in shape. Includes self-propelled treadmills, dumbbells, TRX, and much more!

The hottest workout in California gets even hotter in this high energy, music-driven workout that’s always evolving and constantly moving. You’ll be barefoot on your mat jumping, pulsing, squatting, and burning your way through the most challenging class you’ve ever loved.

Powerful or serene, CAMP Yoga has a class for every mood and every goal. Getting your sweat on in an uplifting, airy space, you’ll never want to leave.

+ If there’s a CAMP LA, does that mean there’s a CAMP Somewhere Else?

CAMP started in Tampa, Florida six years ago and quickly grew to be the hottest, most exciting, most unique place to sweat in Florida. The CAMP flagship has won multiple "Best Of" awards. But CAMP has always had roots in Los Angeles, and now the best workout on the East Coast is teaming with the best trainers on the West Coast to create something completely new in the City of Angels.

+ What programs does CAMP LA offer?

We thought you’d never ask.

CAMP Yoga is transformative and liberating. A studio to practice, play, and dial in to your movement and breath. No matter your style or preference, there’s a class for everyone. Our highly-qualified instructors deliver a program grown out of traditional asana with space for exploration and evolution. Our classes ensure campers stay rooted in their bodies and present in the moment. Get ready to connect with yourself and others, strengthen your body, and heal your soul.

CAMP Circuit is a HIIT style class utilizes our self-propelled, curved treadmills, dumbbells, slam balls, TRX, resistant bands and much more. Through a series of energy-driven, working blocks on our turf and treads, campers explore what high-intensity interval training is all about. Our counselors curate programs daily and playlists to match so you never do the same workout twice. Lights, AMRAP, action…CAMPers–it’s showtime.

CAMP Sculpt is a rhythm-based workout (music, baby!) that keeps you moving through a series of nonstop movements utilizing bands, weights, blocks, and our TRX suspension trainers. The high intensity, low impact exercises tone your muscles while we turn up the heat to elevate your core temperature, giving you a better burn than you ever thought possible. You won’t stop until you drop (because breaks are for the breakroom).

CAMP Stations is an exhilarating, fast-paced class where you hustle through stations for short bursts of activity. You never know what’s coming next - could be sleds, rowers, Rogue Echo bikes, ski-erg (ooh, skiing by the Pacific!), kettlebells, climbing ropes, battle ropes... We could go on, or you could just book a class and join the most FUN-ctional class under the sun.

+ Okay, okay, you convinced me! So how do I book a class?

Go to the Activity Schedule page, find the class you want to take, and clickety-click that hot button. You will then be prompted to purchase the class and sign up for an account. Easy-peasy exercise-y.

+ Where do I park?

In the parking lot which is at 2723 Lincoln Blvd in Santa Monica. You must enter from Lincoln and exit on Hill St. There is additional parking across the street in our second lot (look for the blue gate!) PLUS metered parking around the campus. For CAMPers who prefer biking as their form of transportation, don't sweat it...we have parking for you too ;)
