This hybrid class has got your back (literally), and will recover your physical body from head to toe & relax your nervous system. Enjoy 90 minutes of self-myofascial release ( aka self-massage + trigger point release with the lacrosse ball for better circulation and recovery), mobility for joint health, and long relaxing holds to promote flexibility Trust us, your body & mind will thank you.
