When was the last time you used “fun” and “workout” in the same sentence (aside from the last time you came to CAMP?) CAMP Stations is an exhilarating, Strength and Conditioning focused class where you move through a variety of stations. You never know what’s coming next - could be sleds, rowers, echo bikes, ski-erg, kettlebells, climbing ropes, Sorinex rigs... We could go on, or you could just book a class and join the most FUN-ctional class under the sun.


STATIONS

Get ready to switch up your fitness game with a variety of blocks consisting of Strength & Conditioning movements. Groups of 4 campers move through a series of 6 Stations. You’ll never know what’s coming next - sleds, kettlebells, echo bikes, ski-ergs, rowers, dumbbells, barbells and much more. Each class is curated daily from your CAMP counselors with an alternating muscle group focus to ensure the body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover. We promise you'll never do the same workout twice.

ULTIMATE STATIONS

Ultimate Stations takes our traditional Stations up a notch with a 60 minute full body workout consisting of 8 Stations for those ready for the extra gainz. Move through a series of dynamic Strength & Conditioning blocks using barbells, sleds, kettlebells, echo bikes, rowers, and much more. Each class is curated to balance all muscle groups. More Stations, more working time, more gainz.

LIFT

Get your gainz by slowing things down in order to build muscle and improve overall strength. Move through 3 extended working blocks where you’ll hone in on proper lifting form and technique. The extra time allows you to modify or level up based on your previous lifting experience. Don’t worry if you’re new to the weight room, all are welcome! We’ll teach you the tricks of the trade.

HUSTLE

This ain’t no disco! #DoTheHustle. But it is a party. Hustle your way through Stations of non-stop, metabolic movements to increase your endurance, get your heart rate peaking and push well beyond your limits. Do the hustle to take your conditioning training to the next level.

EQUIPMENT

CAMP is a playground for big kids (that’s YOU). We have all the best equipment and we’re adding more all the time. Sorinex Strength and Conditioning Rigs, Concept 2 Rowers, Concept 2 Ski-Ergs, Rogue Assault Bikes, VersaClimbers, Ropes, Weights, Sleds, and of course Balls, because what’s a playground without balls?

 
Towel
 
 

TOWELS

You’re gonna sweat (a lot). We’ve got you covered. Literally. Fresh, clean towels provided to all CAMPers. (Towels enhanced with anti-snapping technology to prevent unpleasant locker room flashbacks.)

TUNES

Classes at CAMP are musically-driven, and authentic to each instructor. Explicit music may be used depending on the class but we’re all adults here so keep calm and CAMP on!

 
 
Water
 

WATER

Like we just said, you’re going to sweat (see the towel stuff). With so much water going out, you'll need to get it back in. Bring your own bottle and fill it with our filtered-water (only the best for our CAMPers), or buy bottled water at the CAMP general store.

LOCKERS

No need to hide your stuff under your bunk. Just stash your prized possessions in our combination lockers before class and don’t worry about a thing. Except, of course, remembering the combination.

SHOWERS

No one wants to leave CAMP, but when you do, you’ll leave smelling like a Spring day. We’ve got five showers onsite, as well as a full inventory of bath and body products. There will be no signs of your intense workout. Red Rover, Red Rover, send hottie right over!
