Join us on the campgrounds Friday, April 4th for a Sound Session. This 90 min. session includes the healing vibrations of sound, breath work and meditation facilitated by Jess Mihm and Ashley Stressen-Reuter. By being an active listener, you will anchor the mind to the present moment and calm the body.
