What is CAMP?

CAMP is a boutique fitness studio with locations in Los Angeles and Tampa, built around five class formats — Lift, Pilates, Yoga, Circuit, and Tone — under one roof. We built it to be more than a workout: it's where people come to move, sweat, and actually enjoy showing up.

What makes CAMP different from other fitness studios?

CAMP is one of the only group fitness studios where you can lift, do Pilates, sprint, and practice yoga - all in the same space, on the same membership. No other gym combines this many disciplines under one roof with instructors who specialize in each.

Do I need to be in shape before I start at CAMP?

No. CAMP is beginner-friendly and welcomes every fitness level. Our instructors meet you where you are and build from there. You don't need to be ready. You just need to show up.

How do I sign up for a class at CAMP?

Browse the schedule for Tampa or Los Angeles, pick your class, and you'll be prompted to create an account and purchase. You'll get a confirmation. See you soon.

What should I expect during my first class at CAMP?

Arrive 15 minutes early and let the front desk know it's your first visit. Our team will get you set up with everything you need with a brief tour. Then just show up ready to sweat.

Where is CAMP located, and which classes are offered at each?

CAMP is located in Tampa, Florida and Los Angeles, California. Tampa offers Lift, Pilates (heated), Yoga (heated), Circuit, and Tone (heated). Los Angeles offers Lift, Pilates (heated), and Yoga (heated).
