CAMP Circuit is a dynamic HIIT style class utilizes our self-propelled, curved treadmills, dumbbells, slam balls, TRX, resistant bands and much more. Through a series of energy-driven, working blocks on our turf and treads, campers explore what high-intensity interval training is all about. Our counselors curate programs daily and playlists to match so you never do the same workout twice. Lights, AMRAP, action…CAMPers–it’s showtime.


CIRCUIT - STRENGTH

A little running, plus a lot of lifting. Expect to move through heavy weight blocks that emphasize time under tension and increased load. The targeted resistance and slower, more controlled movements will have you feeling like a first round draft pick for tug-o-war. 

CIRCUIT - POWER

Discover your inner athlete while moving through low level plyometrics, velocity-based movements, and purposeful conditioning. Circuit Power is designed to make you stronger and faster, so you can always win the races at your annual family cookout!

CIRCUIT - ENDURANCE

Get ready to go the distance. This high-energy class focuses on building your aerobic capacity with longer working blocks, higher reps, and extra time on the treads. You’ll push past your limits and build lasting endurance—no finish line required, runners high guaranteed!

CIRCUIT - COACHES CHOICE

The ultimate Circuit, handpicked by your coach. This class blends strength, power, and endurance for a dynamic, full-body workout that keeps you guessing. Expect a mix of heavy lifts, explosive movements, and conditioning blocks that will leave you feeling like the MVP of Summer Camp.

CIRCUIT - ASS & ABS

This strength endurance class utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands, and TRX to keep things peachy. Through a series of heavy lifting blocks using our turf and treads, campers explore how to get the gains on their best ASSets. Get in here and be a badass with a good ass.

CIRCUIT - ARMS & ABS

Sun’s out, guns out. This strength endurance class utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands, and TRX to keep your bi’s, tri’s and shoulders feeling the burn for days. Through a series of heavy lifting blocks using our turf and treads, campers explore how to be the ultimate arm candy.

CYCLE-CIRCUIT BLEND

If you’re looking for a physical challenge that will increase your stamina while you strengthen your muscles then Cycle-Circuit Blend is the class for you. This total body workout is a blend of 25 minutes of Cycle and 25 minutes of Circuit. A great workout for all fitness levels, Cycle-Circuit Blend will leave you feeling harder, better, faster, stronger.

ECO-TREADMILLS

Our top of the line Trueform treadmills utilize a unique curved running surface where YOU are the motor. The curve challenges the entire body while burning up to 30% more than any other treadmill.

TOWELS

You’re gonna sweat (a lot). We’ve got you covered. Literally. Fresh, clean towels provided to all CAMPers. (Towels enhanced with anti-snapping technology to prevent unpleasant locker room flashbacks.)

TUNES

Classes at CAMP are musically-driven, and authentic to each instructor. Explicit music may be used depending on the class but we’re all adults here so keep calm and CAMP on!

WATER

Like we just said, you’re going to sweat (see the towel stuff). With so much water going out, you'll need to get it back in. Bring your own bottle and fill it with our filtered-water (only the best for our Campers), or buy bottled water at the CAMP general store.

LOCKERS

No need to hide your stuff under your bunk. Just stash your prized possessions in our combination lockers before class and don’t worry about a thing. Except, of course, remembering the combination.

SHOWERS

No one wants to leave CAMP, but when you do, you’ll leave smelling like a Spring day. We’ve got five showers onsite, as well as a full inventory of bath and body products. There will be no signs of your intense workout. Red Rover, Red Rover, send hottie right over!.
